Construction Updates
Progress
Asphalt paving, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk work—along with sections of the asphalt bike path—are now complete between Redwood Road and 1400 West. Construction has now moved east, focusing on the north side of the road between 1400 West and 1000 West.
Current Work and Impacts

Work will begin on 700 North moving west from Redwood Road.

The area between Redwood Road and the Jordan River Bridge will be constructed first and includes removing asphalt, rebuilding the road, then repaving.

New curb, gutter, and asphalt bike lanes will be built during this time.

Work will start on the south side of the road before flipping to the north side.

All businesses will be accessible during the work and one lane of traffic in each direction will be open on the north side of the road.

No closures or detours are anticipated at this time.
